"Pretty Pweassseee" with a puppy-like face :D
1st Method: repeat the above line during midnight, why ? it will either make your parents angry for you waking them up or they'll be very tired and promise to buy you one in the morning just for you to leave them alone.
2nd Method: repeat the above line every time you come across your parents. it will either make them angrier and won't buy you one or it will make them see your sincerity in buying the dog and buy it for you.
3rd Method: act like a spoiled brat, tell them you will be very rebellious in your actions further on if they don't buy it for you, it will make them either more strict at teaching you manners and attitude or they'll feel obliged to buy it for you so you won't turn rebellious because of a dog.
there are other methods i'd like to post, but i can't be stuffed typing, so you see there is a 50/50 chance in every method , good luck :)

Well first off, you need to be mentally prepared to handle a dog. Obviously if your parents don't want you to have a dog, there either.
A: Don't think you're responsible enough to handle it.
B: Don't have the money to take care of it. Such as getting its shots/grooming care/ food/ ect.
C: Know when you get it, you'll take care of it a few days, then pass the responsibility and care to them.
Either way if you can't get a dog then, wait til your eighteen and move out, then your free to do whatever. Til then, your under there roof, there rules. Sorry.
& I'd suggest sitting down with them, and talking to them maturally about getting one. Telling them you promise to live up to the responsibility a dog comes with.

You and i are on the same bridge.I have been begging my mum for aa dogg for 2 years but i still havent got one.I would say this may or may not work but you could try to be helpful around the house and be more responsible so that you parents would trust you with a dog.If they still dont let you have a dog then give it a rest and they may let yo have one later on.I wish that would have worked for me.
