You could have sciatica.  See an acupuncturist.  Meanwhile use a hot pad and apply Tiger Balm after shower.

See a chiropractor!!  A good one works wonders, but you will need to maintain with it over time, as you would with an acupunturrist. No need to live with that if it can be corrected and maintained.  I can't make it without my chiropractor, is highly educated and very talented. Both would be ideal!!

You need to see the doctor. Pain in the legs is definitely a symptom to be checked out.

Acupuncture didn't do a thing for me.

You may need benchong's acupuncturist. There are acupuncturists and there are bona fide acupuncturists.

    go to the doctors

They will only medicate and not get to the root cause to help it or cure it, unfortunately.

I agree with benchong partially. Skip the acupuncture. Hot pad is ok. Lay on your back with your legs arched, preferably with a large pillow to keep your knees arched. I am 99% sure it is sciatica. By the way, the average GP knows sweet fatty arbuckle about backs other than to prescribe painkillers. Been there, done that.

I tried three. It just doesn't work for me. I wish it did.
