I hope you have someone else you can rely upon. You don't need to be arguing in your condition, and he should be understanding of that fact.

Sounds like some serious counseling is in order.......

Maybe he needs some time to fully understand and accept your condition, and eventually, if you'll be patient enough, he'll come around and will support you. I think you should try and ask him why is he acting the way he does. I wish you health and that things will get back to normal with your husband.

it depends on what you're fighting about. You said your M S is ruining your marriage, but the bigger picture here is that he is very critical of you. Wouldn't he be like that even if you didn't have the illness ?  If you're mainly flighting about money, get counceling. Ditto for sex or fighting about the children. And remind him that the marriage vows say " .....in sickness and in health "   But, unfortunately, I know of a woman who said her husb left her when she got MS. And I know of a woman who's husb left her when her cancer got really bad......stage IV
