A good bath or shower cleans it as well as any other part of the body that is used for a sexual act. It's only people's minds that make the act as you termed it. Pee comes out of a mans penis but he still thinks it's OK to put it in a woman, icky.

All sin is abomination. But God sent us a Savior to pay the penalty of sin, Jesus! All who believe in Him will not be condemned.
