ccleaner is good on cleaning pc.. did you try this. defrag, checkdisk(automatically fix system file errors) delete yout internet temp file on c:\windows\temp
or maybe you are infected with malwares worms such virus.. update and run a fullscan with your antivirus..
or maybe you are using too much applications. check on "msconfig" see if there's unwanted programs that runs on start-up.. just disabled the unnecessary program/ service/s..
maybe your are using more a hundred fonts..
check on task manager.. see if there's a program that using too much of your memory..
