Meatonin as metal face as explained its far more natural I took it for a couple of months and now I dont need to take it as I think it got all my rythems right but also try a warm bath and hot milk before going to bed this also helps good luck

Melatonin is a natural alternative to perscriptions.Your body makes this hormone to make you sleep.Unlike perscriptions, there is no 'hangover' effect the following morning. It works well for me.It is always best to discuss sleeping problems with your doctor as there may be another underlying medical condition causing the problem.Good luck!

What form dose it come in ? where can I find this ?
    metal face

It can be found in any drugstore in the suppliment/vitamin section. They are usally 1mg tablets.Read the insructions or ask the pharmacist if you have questions on the doseage.I paid less than $20 US for a bottle 4 months ago and I believe it is half full.

I take the generic for of Ambien (Zolpidem) along with an occasional Xanax to take the edge off....

i take a purple Xanax every night. I have a terrible time going to sleep and staying asleep. If the TV isn't going, I will be up all night. It caused a family problem for awhile.

Xanax is just to help you relax, ask your doctor about Zolpidem. I sleep very well with it....

    Xanax (a prescription drug).

    itsmee

Xanax is great. I hear it's very addictive but it hasn't had that effect on me.

    Neither on me.

Trazidone- an anti-depressant with sleeping aid quallities, helps you to fall asleep and stay sleeping.

Sexual intercourse always works for me, and more enjoyable than pills.

I find it gives me a sense of arousaul,

    ambien,restoril,benadryl are a few drugs.

Boring spouse does it every time.

Melatonin gets my vote.  My youngest son used this successfully at age 15.  Way better than stuffing drugs down your throat.

Anyone that STUFFS drugs down their throat is probably overdosing.
