KEEP TO MYSELF, CLOCK IN AND CLOCK OUT AND THE HELL OUT OF THERE AND JUST GET PAID AND START/KEEP LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB AND THIS I WILL NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

Do what you have to do, as you said, keep your nose clean, go do your job to the best degree, and go home! And it will not be easy, I know, I had people trying to push me out, closer than my retirement. I kept a low profile, and did my job, stayed clear of the trouble makers, and retired. Months after I retired, the woman who took my management job would email me for tips of how to work with the problem two people. Since the bogus claims of sex harassment could not be used with her, they used hostile workplace. The administrators listened to this woman, and one was transferred, the other let go! But that didn't help me any for the 3 long years of my hardship trying to manage them! But in a way, I was validated, so that counted for something. So be patient, and do your job peacefully, if you are strong enough, you will get through it.
