Boeing was the leader in commercial aircraft manufacturing (in aircraft sold) but now eclipsed by Airbus (EADS, a consortium of European aerospace manufacturers) Boeing is an American company. I am very unhappy with US airlines buying Airbus aircraft over Boeing. Which aircraft would you prefer to fly on?

After having watched a documentary concerning the cause of the last Airbus crash, I would most definitely prefer Boeing. While we are still at a point of refining theory and application of such to all aircraft flown today, the sensitivity of controls involved and blamed in the last crash of an Airbus make me leary of ever wanting to be a passenger on one.
The cavalier attitude of the Airbus Company toward its plane's overly sensitive controls as being, "acceptable in the hands of a properly trained pilot," is not acceptable in my eyes. I say this, as I've saw too much over the years, in just wanting to leave it to the airlines and their people, to ensure that only pilots aware of the dangers of those planes ever pilot them.
To me, in my mind, they should correct the fact that the controls of those planes leave them susceptible to being stalled by pilots unaware of the overly sensitivite nature of the controls under certain circumstances. I'm definitely not a fan of Airbus, and after the cause of the last crash was discovered, I never will be!
