What kind of reading constitutes "High" to you?

I have extremely high blood pressure and it is not pleasant....you feel like your heart is going to thump right out of your chest.....can't sleep...can't rest....if you go on meds it will help but you will have to stay on meds...lifestyle changes may help....hard to do that these days though...please see your personal physician and if you don't have one and you do believe that your BP is that high go to your local ER....they will help or refer you....take care....don't let it go...you don't want a stroke...hope this helps!..(:

So when are you going to explode ????? You dont read the news papers or watch the news???? People die from this everyday ,no joke its serious as a heart attack ,stroke , kidney failure , etc,etc and a whole bunch of other stuff . Think you are immune LOL !!!!! Get with your Doc find some meds that work and start taking them . Get some sound nutrition advise and follow it or die . Real simple its not a matter of if , but WHEN !!!!!!!!!! Seriously deal with this its not a joke and it wont go away !!

No, really, if it's that high, see a doctor so you can get meds to lower it. Eating a lot of garlic helps to lower blood pressure. Removing stress from your life and a proper diet with exercise is beneficial too.
