    how long for a spacecraft to feel the warmth of another sun

    Alpha Centauri, about 4.5 light years would be the distance from earth, As 'when would a spacecraft feel its warmth'.  I'm not sure there is an answer to this. How far into space would you go before you wouldn't feel heat effect from our own sun???  This is definately a question for NASA Scientist or JPL.  maybe they have a guest forum??
