Having major problems trying to simply print a sunset picture which happens to have a large whale rib and vertebra onto a black t-shirt. Per directions of staff and website I did convert the jpeg to a png file. However, when it is placed onto the black t-shirt, I continue to get a fine white line at the bottom and the top. The photo has a horizontal orientation and if I "force" it to fit the square pattern shown on the website, I end up cropping much of the photo and it ends up 'offcenter".

Even it I do force it to fit the dotted square pattern, I still end up with the white bottom line.

Really don't want to print the photo if I'm going to have white lines around the edge. Don't want to go to a light color as I want to retain the bleached look of the whale rib and vertebra.

I'll be happy to send you the photo, per Jennifer's suggestion, but again. the email address she gave ie. support@cafepress.com does not work.

Want to give this as a gift so I need it by 30 Sep.
