Conversion will be easy if you know the relation between them.
For instance, 10 mm = 1 cm and 2.54 cm = 1 inch
So if you want to convert the "mm" directly into "inch", then divide it by the factor 25.4 & you will get the result.
And if you want to convert "inch" directly into "mm", then multiply it by the same factor 25.4 & you will obtain the result.
Note: Remember, while converting the bigger unit into smaller unit, you should perform multiplication
whereas while converting the smaller unit into bigger unit, you should perform the division.
