Are you overweight?  Not being mean, but this is a common symptom of people who are either overweight, or very out of shape.  Walk a bit each day, and add distance each day.  You can also, cut out snacks and eat only what you actually NEED, not what you WANT!  That will help also.  Since winter is coming, and most of us (myself included) put on weight, try now to drop some.  If that is your only symptom, you should be able to do this without your doctors advise, if other symptoms, please see the Dr. first.  If you are my age, 62, and I found myself wanting to drop maybe 20 lb. ideally, so I got a bike and began riding on bike path about 3 to 4 times per wk. for rides of about 6-8 miles.  It is mostly flat, and not too stressful.  Also, I have cut down on the beers, to maybe 5 to 6 per week.  So far, after 3 wks, I have lost 5 lbs.  And I am always increasing the bike rides by maybe 1 mile more per wk.  It is not killing me, and is conservative, but I look forward to some results which will pay off!  Good luck, be sensible.
