      HI.


      1/4(7+3g)= -g/8


      7/4+3/4g= -g/8


      8(7/4+3/4g)= -g


      56/4+24/4g= -g


      14+6g= -g


      14+6g+g=0


      14+7g=0


      divide by 7


      2+g=0


      therefore  g=  -2          g= minus2
