You need to have a computer tech come look at your computer. I think it needs to be cleaned out and have a few virus scans done on it.
What do you mean difficulty finding answers? Are you clicking on the red notification circle and clicking the links from there? That's the easiest way of seeing the answers. Are the links working?

Colleen, i have the red circle notifications on my mac, itsme should be using Surfari browser, without seeing windows i would think we are all seeing the same set up on the aka site.

My computer just got back from the Mac shop for a tune up. I suppose it's possible to get a virus but I've never had one in the 15 years I've had a Mac. The Tech would have found it ... unless he gave it to me! (joke)
Most people think that Macs don't get Viruses.
Yes, I'll take it back to the shop. It's still under warranty so it doesn't cost anything.
