In order to save a picture posted on Facebook you can right-click it with your computer mouse, choose 'Save As...', then choose the location you wish to save it in and a name, and click the 'Save' button.
Now the picture is save on your computer, and you need to attach it to a Hotmail email. How to attach files to a Hotmail email is explained at links listed at
