    Your doctor can give you the exercises you should do. We do not have a medical staff here.

    As Colleen has said we have no Doctors on this site you must ask your Doctor but any exerise which exspands your lungs is good swimming ect

    Colleen is right,but swimming is good for asthmatics, it helps expand the lungs

    Exercise induced asthma is actually asthma during physical workout. A doctor will ask the patient to run on the treadmill for 8 minutes and perform a spirometry after that to check for 15% reduction in lung function. EIA symptoms basically are coughing after a few minutes from workout, then keep coughing non stop after workout, feel breathless for extended peroids of time, chest tightness, unusual fatigue, wheezing..

    I'm not sure about the place you are trying to find however i know about exercise induced asthma since i am an asthmatic myself..

    I have to use my salbutamol inhaler 10 -15 minutes prior to the start of an activity..
