I don't.  I actually think I am not a very good question poser...so I am about to give up!  Ha!

Most of my questions are designed to encourage people to reflect on themselves before posting a response.  I may delegate them to specific categories, but they are culture, self-reflection (I don't know where that would fall in the categories and sub-categories we have) or relationship oriented.  Well, that's my goal anyway.      ????? 

i base my questions on what i am curious about. lots of times i wonder what does this person think about this or that.  on this site i can simply ask.  & i love it, because from my view point people on this site are very open and honest and i love every one of them for that.  i am honest to them also.  but i tend to be very honest to most people in my everyday life as well.  people know when they come to me for advice it is truly the real deal.  your word is your greatest gift to others. well one of them.
