    why do I wight 2 to 3 pounds less in the morning than I do in the afternoon?

    I wiehgt my self on my scale every morning and afternoon and there is always a 2 to 3 pound difference, why?

    its because of water retention and food that hasnt digested yet

    Well, after the all you can eat buffet, you could say the sirloin is now safely settled in your tummy.

    Reason 1 - you loose water in your body through perspiration during the night.


    Reason 2 - you eat breakfast and lunch.

    I am assuming you eat during the day? That could be it....

    That's pretty easy to figure out if you spend some time thinking about it..

    Water retention and eating during the day are most of the problem.

    Maybe that double cheeseburger and fries you had for lunch???????

    I think its all those cream buns,
