Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), also known as bioidentical hormone therapy or natural hormone therapy

Scanning through the information found in wiki-pedia, I would say there's no benefit and greater risk of high blood pressure and cancer by taking it.
"A 2010 article published in The Medical Letter on Drugs and Therapeutics concluded "There is no acceptable evidence that 'bioidentical' hormones are safe or effective. Patients should be discouraged from taking them."
