Is it a painting or a print?  Generally you don't refer to a painting as 'signed' or even 'framed'.  If it is a print then it is worth what someone will pay.  If it is a painting then have it appraised by a professional or go to the gallery that handles that artist's work.

it is a painting reproduction with signature

This website sells commissioned reproductions of Thayer's 1889 oil painting "Winged Figure": http://www.artsunlight.com/artist-NT/N-T0006-Abbott-H-Thayer/N-T0006-0002-winged-figure.html.  Prices vary according to size.  You could look there to get an idea of its retail value.  However, resale value may be substantially lower.  I too own one, and mine is also framed.  I'm not sure if the frame adds any value or not.

The frame adds a bit of value because it is protecting the print (reproduction). A lot of framers here have talked cutstomers into "over framing"...which is a lot of fancy matting and frames. That is a waste of money as the frame is a matter of taste.
