      I don't think in reality there's any impact either way on your prostate.


      However, if you are getting your PSA level tested, refrain from ANY sexual activity for  5-7 days prior to getting your blood test.  Ejaculation, according to my doctor, seems to cause a rise in men's PSA level.

        How old are you that your prostrate is an issue? Go buy a whore for the night, instead of manhandling your pecker.
