Look at your deed, or go to town hall and look at the plot maps, there should be the dimensions of the lot. You may need a surveyor if the dispute cannot be settled, assuming there is one!

Here we go to the assessors office or the zoning office to see the map. Just tossing in alternatives because it depends on where you live as to where you go.
Yes, that is same in RI, and they are within our town halls. So we are both correct, you more so, however!
