Normal fasting blood glucose falls between 70-99 mg/deciliter, is ok.    If fasting blood gluose falls between 100-125, mg/dl, it is classified as impaired fasting glucose or pre diabetes.     If your fasting blood gluose exceeds 125 mg/dl, on 2 or more tests, your generally are classified as a dianetic

Your blood sugar should be below 120, but if it runs under 200 I wouldn't worry about it if your older 50+ because I believe the drugs they give you can do more damage than the hi sugar.

Try diet to control it and stay off the drugs, watch how many carbohydrates are in what you eat more than sugar.

I'm 64 had diabetics sense 13 and have made all the mistakes so I know a little about it.

A good glucose reading is 90 to 150 fasting.  (Before breakfast)

A good glucose reading is between 90-150
