joint owner of survivorship what can be done to terminate

When you created a deed with joint ownership with right of survivorship, that means that you and the other party are equal owners of the property. Unless you can convince them to deed their rights to you, or can prove you signed under duress or were not of sound mind at the time, there is no terminating it. The only thing you could try is to see if the partner in the survivorship will buy out your half or you buy theirs.
