Why does muslim religion believers not like to eat pork ?

Pork is not a "dirty " meat as it was in the past. To enter a modern day indoor pork production facility, you have to shower, and put on clean coveralls. Every precaution is being taken to prevent disease and detailed for pig welfare. Outdoor production is better and works well also. The pig diet is calculated so all nutrients a hog needs it gets.  It is the cleanest meat compared to a chicken or beef.

Zorro, pigs in the U.S. have been considered clean animals for many years.  The food they eat is controlled very closely.  You could say that pigs today are as clean as other animals like cows and chickens.

The reason why the Muslims do not eat pigs is the same reason as the Jews.  The practice is due to obedience rather than pigs being unclean animals.  There are some Christian denominations that do not eat pork as well.  The Seventh-Day Adventist Church does not allow the eating of pork for the same reason.

Lastly, pigs in the Biblical days were called swine.  This name gives the feeling that pigs are even dirtier than they really are.

Didnt really know some of it. Pigs are raised in a cleaner environment than other animals. Thanks

neither muslim nor jewish people eat pork. It goes back to their ancient ancestors in the bible getting a message from God that they wrote into their laws. God told them to not eat meat from an animal with cloven hooves. Mabye God, in all his wisdom, was trying to protect them from getting Trichinosis.

they are scavengers, put here to help keep the world clean. just like buzzards and catfish they help keep the environment clean too. they are not to be eaten either.

It is not unusual to find food associated with religious custom and practice. For example Halal meat, Kosher foods. Hindu's forbid the slaughter of cows (beef) and many Catholics continue the religious custom of eating only fish on Fridays.

Yes, I understand the slaughter of Bulls is allowed in certain Indian states, but not white Bulls. Certain Hindu sects for example the Hare Krishna's are strictly vegetarian.

It's biblical for all of mankind...The Most High specified what meats to eat and what meats not to eat. Some meats are clean and some are unclean for human consumption. He created us...He ought to know.

The answer of this question is very easy,

This is not allowed in our religion and if one thing is not allowed in religion then it is enough for all Muslims to obey that order.

    Cloven hooves...

zoor, it has nothing to do with  indoor pork production etc, as you stated

The reason why Muslims also in Judaism the pig is forbidden to be eaten goes back to the time of Abraham. Pig s cannot be slaughtered at neck due to its anatomy. To slaugher any animal including  any fowl, Muslims makes an incision through the jugular veins, leaving all other organs and veins intact, thus causing the death of animal and fowl, from total loss of blood from the body. This is similar to the Kasher law of Judaism. Chemical analysis of the blood shows that it contains an abundance of uric acid, which is bad for human health. Animals and fowl slaughtered in this way is kermed Halaal meat.

I know it has nothing to do with indoor production. Saying these days its the cleanest meat produced compared to other meat. Thanks... KOSHER

No bacon & eggs for breakfast? No ham at Christmas? No roast pork with crackling? Unthinkable!!

They're the ones missing out. No religious instruction could prevent me from enjoying my pork products.

    Fried Polish salami.MMMMMMMMMMM!

Because it is the nearest product to human flesh,  and it is also unclean
