Obama rode a wave of "Hope and Change" into the White House and then proceeded to systematically destroy the country. He spent more money (stimulus) in two years then any president in history leaving us at the mercy of our Chinese lenders. Then his party shoves a health care bill down Americans throats that a MAJORITY of Americans DID NOT WANT and the country CAN'T PAY FOR. I believe Obama is trying to demonize wealth just like socialist dictators do to ACCIEVE POWER and keep their voter base secure. I didn't vote for him in 2008 nor will I vote to re-elect him in 2012. ONE TERM

Continued- I'm not a fan of Obama, but if we follow the austerity measures of the Republicans there will be civil unrest, anarchy. We need regulation, we need capital and we need to tax the wealthy. Trickle down does not work, unless it is trickling down to US citizens, and it seems that it is trickling down to everyone but US citizens. I don't know if the democrats are the lesser of the evils. I'm an Independent myself. But clearly, Obama is not at fault for the existing problems, though I don't know of anyone who could get us out of this mess.

I think every president gets bashed, it only a matter of time. Being that the economy is so screwed up people are unhappy, it seems like he hasn't really done much but golf since he was elected.

The Obama Care that was passed against the will of the people is an "Obamonation." He wasn't really qualified to be president to begin with. The voters just wanted change. The only campaign promise that he kept was the health care bill and that was all that he concentrated on for the first two years.

The new jobs that are being created are lower wage jobs that overqualified people are having to take just to try to pay the bills, and are debt is completely out of control, but congress is afraid to make the cuts that we need. Inflation is on the rise, gas prices are outrageous and only going to get worse.

It's the deplorable state that our country why people are pissed, and that's when people complain and get critical.

You are totally out of touch with reality. He ,as well as the democrat party, want people to depend on the government . Thats how he got elected. There are alot of people who want a free handout from the govt. Those are the people that voted for him. Claims to be christian, HE IS A MUSLIM, cant be both. People actually believed they wouldnt have to pay their house payments after he got elected, that obama would get it done for them. Well reality has set in and those people are still poor mentally and monetarily. He has done NOTHING but increase govt spending at a rate that that cant be paid back for a long time. Obama care is a damn joke. People thought they would get free health care. Well you know what , they all ready do at their local county hospital, if they cant afford it. Once you pray to the koran you are a muslim. Where is his long birth certificate, not the certificate of live birth. Probably in indonesia where he probably was born, and where he went to school, where he prayed to the koran. He as well as the whole democrat party is weak, because they represent a very large group of people that are weak themselves.

The attacks on President Obama have ratcheted up. Some of these assaults are clearly based on his policies and his positions on issues, but there have been many other critiques appear to be based on racial bigotry. In particular, these attacks have suggested that there is a truly a new standard for acceptable attacks on a sitting president.

Much of the criticism leveled at President Obama has to be understood within a racialized political and social context. The meaning and significance of these challenges to his policies and presidency are primarily based on a larger audience’s ability to glean a particular type of racial meaning and significance from these attacks.

A lot of these attacks should not come as a surprise and they need to be understood in the larger context of how race and racism have always operated in the realm of federal politics.

The Republican party and especially the tea party are trying to pass austerity measures in the Federal budget. They also want to make Bushes tax cut's for the wealthy permanent. Under policy that date way before Obama, we have switched from Capitalists to consumerists. Because of deregulation our banks went under and Bush then Obama decided to bail them out. Deregulation allows for banks to make risky speculative movements, and when they take huge losses, they still get bonuses and citizens get shafted. Glenn Beck I heard say that high gas prices are good for the economy, yes well if you are a spot market speculator, sure. But the rest of us have to fill our tanks, and every purchase we make is effected by high shipping costs.
