    Aspartame is a sugar substitute commonly used in diet soda.

    Aspartame its commonly used as sweetners in diet drinks I would never use it I will never buy anything with that stuff in it its a silent killer read what Panda and Bechong have put and this is true. Did you know its in all chewing gum even the ones that say it has all natural ingreadents its there lurking every where read every thing when you buy in the super market as most stuff has it in I cook everything from scratch and make batches of everything and freeze it as I work and it is hard to cook from scratch on a evening please dont use it  

    Aspartame is an artificiall sweetener used as a sugasr substitute in some food and beverages.  Many illnesses can be triggered or worsened by ingesting of aspartame.  These include brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, chronic fatigure symdrome, parkinson's disease, alzheimer's disease, fibromyalgia and diabetes. 

    " Basically its "poison" you may know it as (NutraSweet) among its many other disguises. There are 92-health related symptoms associated with it ! "

    An artificial sweetener that can still run up the blood sugars in many diabetics..
