      You've got what is technically known as "Busted Balls".Ice packs will help.:)

        I am sure swelling is nature's way of dealing with an injury.  Go see a doctor, for goodness' sake.  There could be an internal tear in one of them.  You only have two "balls"  to begin with.  This is no way to tell yourself "I have got balls!"
