      THERE MUST BE ""PROBABLE CAUSE" FOR STOPPING SOMEONE AND YOU CAN REFUSE A SEARCH WITHOUT A WARRANT, ELSEWISE "ILLEGAL SEARCH AND SEIZURE" BECOMES INVOLVED.
