Yes, I think a lack of punctuality is a kind of lazyness. One person, I know of is usually climbing in the shower when he is really supposed to arrive at his destination. Another one is always running around fiddling with things before he leaves the house. So, therefore he is always late, usually by one hour.
I always like to arrive on time or a teensy bit earlier. It's all about organisation. If you organise yourself beforehand then you will be early It's really good discipline to be on time. You just need to work on it.
