Do you mean corn with the husk still attached? Stick two or three husks of corn in the microwave for about four minutes then let the corn cool for a couple of minutes before shucking. A lady from my church told me how to do this and I was skeptical at first, but it does work. The husks peel off the corn easily and cooking inside the husks keeps the corn moist.
