      AN AR15 CAN BE CUSTMIZED TO THE HILT THESE DAYS I THINK IT HAS A LOT MORE UP SIDE BUT I DO AGREE WITH DUTCHMAN IF YOU WERE GOING TO WAR I WOULD CHOOSE A GOOD AK47 BUT NOT A CHEAP NOCK OFF

        AK47 is far superior, US soldiers in Vietnam would take those over their own weapons, you could bounce em off the walls, drag them through the dirt and they would continue firing, although not necessarily more accurate than the M16 but far more deadly.
