We are paid in the form of job satisfaction and self enrichment.

In a way yes we do get paid,not in the way of money but we reap the rewards of personal satisfaction of just knowing that we can be of some help in any wich way we can. We are rewarded for our efforts by receiving karma points.

No and I have to say thank goodness for that because some people would lose their real reason to be on here and I would imagine would answer anything and everything without heart and thought.
