    collins & associates practice experts in secure financial transfer / send me a mail that am beneficiaries for amount of$ 69.500.00 or even $99.500.00 or $129.500.00 saying that i have a money tranfer is it scam or what?

    i receive in the mail saying i have a money tranfers that belong to me. is it scam?

    If they ask for money before they transfer you the money, it is a scam.


    If they transfer you the money first and ask for a small tranfer fee, then I'd think it's legitimate.


    Remember, money in the bank first.

    i would contact collins and ask them they would know
