Accept you are a single mum and find out what support is offered in your country... tell me if it's the UK & I can help: if not, wait for the USA members to spot this question.
The father is too immature to help, and not earning if he's still in school.
At 16, your education isn't finished either but you can take a break to take care of the twins and qualify for a career later.
(I'll check back in 5 minutes, but at mifnight here I'm guessing you're American. Take care.

Checking Back Paige... and MOM means you're American. That's great you have free child care & can stay in school, but remember the twins will be around for a long time. You do need to find out about financial support. If nobody gives you advice about that, and your Mom doesn't know what's available either, ask another question like... "I'm a 16 year old Mom of twins & I live in (say which State). Can anybody tell me what help I can get?" Good luck.
