I'm glad you feel you can protect your self,but tell your parents about it, because it is their job to protect you.

You are 10. You are too young to worry about being a singing star. When you reach puberty your voice is going to change whether you are a boy or a girl. You need to mature before you can be a singer, unless you have a voice that sounds mature already which is very rare. I'm not sure what your parents won't believe you about. If it's your voice, sing for them. If it's the fact that this girl picks on you, get witnesses and have them tell your parents that this is really happening. The fact that you say you're a fighter, I have to wonder if you don't cause the problem with this girl yourself.

You can tell your teacher, if girl goes to same school. There are some children, with beautiful singing voices, Do you watch, America Got Talent. ?  Dont be to willing to get into fights, because other children, might encourage you to fight, and get you into trouble.
