    Why does coffee help my arthritic knees?

    No idea mate,i drink only coffee,and have done for over 30 years,,so far i have hip replacement,knee replacement,and spinal surgery,nother hip and knee to go,and both wrists frozen,,so my friend i have no idea what it is doing for you,,let me know what brand,because mine is doing stuff all for me,,Always nice talking mate..>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

    Coffee has caffeine that constricts blood vessels. That's not good for blood circulation . But its only a temporary reaction. I don't know of coffee helping bad knees. But you never know , it might help you. I don't like it and never drink it either.
