go onto google, then click the 'more' button which is along the top in the black border, next to 'calendar', and click the option that says 'Even More' which is at the bottom of the list. Then, it should bring you to this address: http://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/about/products/
then, click the option 'toolbar' which is in the first category that appears ('web'), then it should take you to a different screen and then you just have to click the 'download' button which is big and blue and on the right hand side of the screen! :) tw the google toolbar only works on 'Internet Explorer 6+' or 'Windows XP SP3/Vista/7+'
Alternatively, you could install google chrome, which I have, and in my opinion is much better than any other browser! (to install, it's next to the option to install the google toolbar) :D
hope this helps!
