i wrote a letter re- gratitute for receiving an air conditioner...and then had to give a speech with this letter from you.in front of a board meeting of about 100+ peple and upset a group that was very proud of the service  and the efficientcy in which they were providing this service...they had very high expectation of my input  on that day at the meeting ...me being the outsider ,the receiver of assistance from them..of a fridgerdare 6.5000BTU window air conditionet unit..The person that was mostly uset was the head founder who is the fourth exutive director of the agency.(so as you can see my letter that i read to a group of people,in the board meeting , were upset>>(most of them were groups from the different commities,eg.Audi,Planned giving,Invesment,Planning,Spirit generation,marketing  ,letter writing and Donor bridge) so it was a large group that this above letter was read to and deffinately i dissapointed the head of my group and the person that brought me in to represent the  group with my gratitude, instead i diappointed them...and instead of gratitude it sounded like ungratefulness on my behalf for what help  and heat relierf that they provided for me....S now i say"I wasnt to try to to write a letter to appologise and make amends..and hope that i have not offeended them..and ask them if they can find it within them  to understand my concerns when i was giving the speech off of that  above letter....it was not meant to upset or anger them it was supposed tohave been ...a letter and a great speech of appreciation and gatitude..almost a life saver....could you help to write this very proffessional and covincing letter to them and hope it will help to fix what dammage has occured...thans a million...i had called the exacutive dirrector, she just said"don't worry about it and hanged up', so therefore i feel i should put it in writing and address it to the board so as to clearify this issue with them.....thans again......awaiting a speedy relpy for this important matter......and thanking you in anticipation     bbeeb
