I make my own
Wine vinegar (sometimes I will add a little chianti wine to bring out the fruityness)
Olive Oil/vegetable oil mixed
oregano
lots o' chopped garlic (fresh)
salt/light on pepper
Parmesan cheese
A chopped sprig of parsley (no stem)
The juice from a small wedge of lemon brings out the flavor but lust a little.. (optional)
remove the wine vinegar and paint this on Vienna toast for garlic bread, also, baste on a steak while on a broiler or grilling. (without vinegar)

vinigarette
2 table spoons of good oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
4 table spoons of Rice vinigar or balsamic vinigar or both
salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped up garlic
table spoon of fresh mint
table spoon of fresh chives
put in a bottle and shake and then serve and whats left over put in fridge it will noramlly last up to a week
