    Can wild animals be born deformed?

    Yes. Even the  genes in animals can cause deformities. I'd say however that most deformities can be blamed on man and the fact that we've polluted the land and waters with toxic chemicals.

    Yes. In some instances the deformed animal is destroyed by the parent...

    Yes, but since they are usually not to the betterment of the animal, they do not survive.  Ex. birds with the wrong coloration are stand outs to predators.  Animals with deformed limbs would be a more obvious example.  A fawn with two heads could not graze properly, and would not run well, so easy prey.
