i do crunches... and was some other exercise ..But i dont know what it is called... Lie on your side.... lift the leg closest to the floor up about 3 -5 inchs, and then lift top leg as though you were stretching... 3 sets or 25. Flip to other side and repeat. I do it twice a day...
