    What are natural ways to help Endometriosis?

    I had exploratory surgery a week ago and found out I have a sever case of it, the Doctor got out as much as possible and now she wants me to go on Birth Control to help with the rest of the pain. I do not want to go on Birth Control, i was wondering if anyone knows of anything more natural to help with the pain, im always in so much of it!
