    Grandparent Rights in Florida

    Many grandparents are partially raising grandkids these days. The child become's very attached than if the mother or father take them back, even after a few years, the law allow's this. Even if the child was abused by a mentally disturbed parent the child goes back with that abuser because of that law in Florida. So the child grieves and the grandparents grieve but because of the 'Law' unless the child is brought into a hospital with broken bones or whatever. This law has to be changed in Florida.

      I agree. There is nothing to be done about it unless a big enough fuss is made of it. And it isn’t illegal to give birth to a drug addicted baby.  Some laws need to be researched a little better…...
