Hey yessy!   I'm wondering is "specialization" is a real word.  It's one that I've never heard in a sentence, but this one might be OK:

He majored in Psychiatry, with a specialization in the study of Sigmund Freud.

    Better grammatically would probably be:

He majored in Psychiatry, specializing in the study of Sigmund Freud.

??????  I love these questions.  Thanks for posting it.

He teaches many subjects but his specializaton is teaching French.
