Hello SKIST. I would love to be able to answer the question. By that, I mean I would find immense pleasure and satisfaction by providing that information.
I love my sons. By that, I mean that my sons (who do not always provide me with pleasure or satisfaction) are people whose well-being (health, happiness, success, faith, etc. etc.) is of the utmost importance to me......my concern for them is immeasureable.
I love Chinese food. By that, I mean eating Chines food stimulates a feeling of satisfaction and comfort (unless I eat too much).
Love is used to represent alot of feelings, and I think you are talking about the love shared between a man and a woman (as a heterosexual person, I'm going with man/woman). When I loved the man I married, I maintained that I could certainly live withOUT that man in my life, but WITH him, my life was so much more fulfilling, happy, complete. WITH him, the colors were a little brighter, the air a little sweeter, getting up in the morning a whole lot better knowing that he would be a part of my day.
I don't think love should be a source of hurt, physically or emotionally. It should not cost you anything financially. It should be an unconditional feeling of care and concern for another person. Unfortunately, most of us DO have conditions, which leads me to post a question....
