totaly depends on your finacal situation. right now it is a buyers market, rates are down, hows your credit? do you really want to be locked in to the same property for 15-25 years? why not rent ,i beleive its tax deductable, the maintance for the most part belongs to the owner,also when and if you get sick of the neighborhood you can always move on!
