      An introvert keeps to himself, is shy and somewhat anti-social.


      An extrovert is gregarious, sociable, and love to be around people.

        Introvert -- to turn inward or in upon itself: as to concentrate or direct upon oneself. Basically if you are asking about a personality - it would be someone who is very shy and not talkative or chatty - quiet and reserved...


        Extrovert -- basically the opposite of an Introvert -- someone who is very social and open, easily communicates,  a person who is unreserved.
