    Warning signs of a heart attack:


    1. Pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes.


    2. Pain spreads to the shoulders, neck or arms.


    3. Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating.


    4. Paleness.


    5. Incresed heart rate.


    Not all of these will appear at the same time. 


    Call 911, take two aspirins, stay calm, wait at the door for the paramedic to come.

    You will know when it hits you not a laughing matter pain in the chest down arm could be crushing pain .Get help quick SOS.
